Here’s something I thought I’d try out; a blog post about books but mixing in a general review of my month! Basically I don’t want to just write reviews – let’s see how this goes.
New Year New Books
So coming into the new year, exhausted from the antics of Christmas and new year, I was determined to chill out and just read a little more than I had during 2019. This was helped along by my wonderful family who supplied me with more books!
Coming back home I had a pile of books ranging from my usual fantasy/adventure to more realistic yet contemporary fiction. All perfect for an escape from the rather bleak financially complicated month that is January.
The Next Big Opinion 
It’s nice to just disappear into a book every once in a while, especially as you’ve noted, during the rather bleak month that is January
