WWW – Wednesday 24th July

Welcome to WWW Wednesday! This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and on Taking on a World of Words. Just answer the three questions below and leave a link to your post in the comments for others to look at. No blog? No problem! Just leave a comment with your responses. Please, take some time to visit the other participants and see what others are reading. So, let’s get to it!

The Three Ws are:

What did you finish reading?

Since finishing ‘The Miniaturist‘ I haven’t been able to get through a book super quick in the past week. Having been ill and having family round over the weekend, it’s been hard to just sit down and read, but who knows where I’ll be by next week!

What are you currently reading? / What do you think you’ll read next?

It is one of those rare occasions when I have two books that I’m reading at the same time. The first one is ‘The Art of Being Normal‘ by Lisa Williamson, this one I wasn’t sure if I had read it before, but I still wanted to give it another shot. The next is ‘The Incarnations‘ by Susan Barker, a book that I’ve started taking on the bus to get me ready for the day.

For now, while I read these two books I feel no need to look for my next book to ready. Plus, I’m entirely a person who chooses a book by just looking at the collection and immediately grabbing something in the moment.

  1. Enjoy your books, I really liked The Art of Being Normal. I’m a mood reader too, so even though I pick out my ‘up next’ titles I don’t always get to them haha
